How to prepare sea moss
It is important to first, clean the sea moss and remove any sea debris, dirt, or particles. After cleaning the sea moss, place the sea moss in a large bowl and cover it with filtered or spring water. Make sure all the parts of the sea moss are covered. Then, cover the sea moss and allow it to soak for at least 12-24 hours. You can leave it on the counter covered at room temperature.
Once it is done soaking it will have expanded as it has absorbed the water. It is now ready to use. You can leave the sea moss in this state and use as needed.

– 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
– 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
– 3 Pitted Dates
– 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
– 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
– Pinch of Nutmeg
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Add more almond milk if it is too thick
